Modules

Day 1 – Manage yourself
Create the environment to be your best
• Take time out for you – ‘Think Time’
• Get clear & focused
• Understand yourself even better
• Discover your key strengths as well as your learning and behavioural style
• Harness the power of your mind and the energy of your body
• Implement the daily habits to take you to the next level
• Learn the fundamentals of great coaching (rapport, listening skills & asking quality questions)
• Understand what’s most important and what you need to focus on now

Day 2 – Manage One to One
Learn how to coach and lead effectively
• Learn James’s unique ‘Coaching Mind-map Framework’
• Practice coaching and mentoring others effectively
• Become an even more effective communicator and a master of influence
• Help others move forward and be their best
• Discover the key skills of a great manager
• Master the conversational skills to support anyone to reach their top goals

Day 3 – Manage teams
Get aligned, know how to make the best decisions
• Understand why you do what you do
• Know what is guiding and shaping your big decisions (at home and at work)
• Discover your own mission and core values
• Tease out your own true purpose
• Articulate your vision and where you are heading
• Map out your goals and the steps necessary to achieve them

Day 4 – Manage by Results
Build momentum – Move forward with purpose
• Confidently coach your peers (formal QQI assessment & feedback)
• Become inspired
• Experience what other coaches are doing to get the results they want
• Leave with your own plan … your plan for action
